Job details Regulatory professional who possesses extensive technical knowledge regarding rate design theory and practice in AEP?s state jurisdictions or external state jurisdiction. Must possess electric utility background, and detailed knowledge of industry activity and outcomes regarding cost of service and rate design associated with new technologies and recovery strategies, as well as detailed knowledge in the application of theory to perform detailed mathematical analysis and solve problems with very limited guidance from higher level personnel. Developed working understanding of state or federal regulations and standards, codes, concepts, systems, docket research and business processes relevant to work assignments.
