Position details Regulatory Consultant Associate Regulatory professional who possesses a basic understanding of business principles and with an expanding regulatory knowledge for the business functions supported, and to obtain proficiency in the application of theory to analyze and solve straight-forward problems with support, guidance, and direction from higher level personnel. Develops an understanding of the fundamentals of state or federal regulation standards, codes, concepts, systems, and business processes relevant to work assignments. Solves straight-forward problems or, with support, guidance, and direction, perform analysis to accomplish work plans initiated by various governmental agencies for rate cases, recovery clauses, audits, compliance filings, policy matters, and/or other proceedings.
