OE Dealership Consultant - (Warren, MI)
Requirements PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY FUNCTIONS) * Mentor/coach/consult dealership personnel in customer handling techniques, issue solving, data analysis, and equipment usage to further enhance their skills in the day-to-day operations of a dealership service department. * Navigate through the Dealer Management System (DMS) software. Common DMS software providers include Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, DealerTrack, etc. * Facilitate skills training, including assistance with web-based courses that are pre-requisites to the instructor-led training. * Facilitate group and individual (one-on-one) training sessions. * Communicate effectively with all teammates in the dealership. This includes Porters, Cashiers, Technicians, Service Advisors, Service Managers, Parts Managers, General Manager, and the Dealer Principle.
