Kitchen Manager / Baker - (Waxahachie, TX)

Waxahachie, Texas: White Rhino Coffee is a growing, independent coffee company with three locations in north Texas. Our new flagship location in Waxahachie, Texas has built an expanded, commercial kitchen and we need a key employee to take our food service to the next level. The successful applicant in this position will have a strong food service experience, be organized, highly communicative and desire to build a successful food service program from the ground up. Innovative menu development (including baking and quick service culinary operations), small kitchen management, food cost / pricing management, limited catering and and the expertise to support food service operations in other locations in North Texas are required. Our chef will be work primarily in our Waxahachie location but also develop and oversee limited food service operations in other locations.
