Bakery Wrapper - (Minneapolis, MN)

Primary Objective: To provide wrapping, rotating, and stocking of quality bakery products that meet the customer's needs, help in other areas of the store as needed, and ensure a positive shopping background for customers. Nature and Scope: Primary emphasis in this position is on meeting daily needs in preparing, stocking and displaying product in order to ensure max department sales, product availability, and providing a high-level of customer service. Primary challenges are product knowledge, sequence of workflow and production speed. This job mandates knowledge of bakery product preparation, food safety regulations, ongoing social skills/verbal interaction, reading, walking, standing, moderate lifting, operation of finishing and wrapping equipment, and cash register.
