Database and Technology Manager - (Beverly, MA)

Position overview The American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS) is looking for an experienced professional to be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing the Association's database and web siteand computer systems. The Database and Technology Manager will coordinate with 3rd-party software and network providers, oversee the iMIS CRM and CMS and Dropbox file management system, update web sites, and maintain office technology. This is a newly created role that requires the expertise to evaluate legacy systems, suggest, find and create efficient solutions to administrative and communication needs; organize and maintain the CRM database; stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products, and manage projects with time-sensitive deadlines.
