The Senior Builder will manage all on-site activity and subcontractors to complete homes on time and within budget.What You Will Be Doing-Coordinates and and manages Assistant Builders on multi-tract projects.-Coordinates job completion times and staffing for each phase of construction.-Orders procurement materials.-Coordinates all on site construction while locating and scheduling all subcontractors, inspections, etc.
