Operations Manager We are a bioinformatics startup company developing cloud-based solutions to leverage big-data and accelerate research and development of new therapies using machine learning. We need an experienced Operations Manager to build and support our processes to scale company growth.What You Will Be Doing- Support business development/marketing efforts through market research, social media marketing, and e-mail campaigns- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and collaborators- Establish and implement best practices and workflows within CRM database- Perform various administrative tasks (scheduling, creating/updating documents, presentation assistance, etc...)What You Need for this Position- Bachelors Degree or higher- 2+ years of operations/project management experience- CRM background- Outstanding written and spoken communication skillsNice to Have:- Research background in splicing- Background working in a startup environmentWhats In It for You- Medical, dental
