Required Knowledge and Skills: seven years of IT work background in telecommunications and multi-platform environments with background involving moves add and changes, fault isolation and resolution, and end-user support. three to ten years of Cisco background Good judgment and analytically skills; as well as follow-up and management skills. UCCE, UCCX or PCCE background. Needs someone with ICM background and CVP background and with exposure to Nuance.
