Respiratory Therapist - (Milwaukee, WI)

FULL-TIME AND PRN AVAILABLE!! The Respiratory Care Practitioner / Respiratory Therapist / RCP / RT is responsible for: -Performing routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients -Maintaining all equipment in working order -Providing phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for the patient population as required -Having knowledge of all modalities of respiratory care -Having the expertise to interact well and provide instruction and info, both orally and in written form to patients, family and staff Respiratory Care Practitioner / Respiratory Therapist / RCP / RT must: -Be certified to practice respiratory care by the Department of Health for the state in which the facility is located -Possess and maintain current ACLS and CPR certifications -Have at least 1 year of background in mechanical ventilatory support, EKG performance, ABG puncture and analysis -Background in pediatric and adult critical care preferred
