Job DescriptionOverview The Regional Sales Manager meets and exceeds sales objectives of assigned territory by promoting and selling tools, accessories & consumables through professional sales techniques, product service, and long-term customer relationships. Job assignments · Achieves or exceeds sales targets through selling product in to the dealer network and on behalf of dealers to end customers;· Targets A, B, and C accounts by present and potential revenue, cost to sell/service, and likelihood of success;· Allocates time and call frequency based on A, B, C account targeting;· Grows the dealer network by opening new accounts;· Increases market share by advising dealers on the maintenance of proper stocking levels, based on their specific business plan, in order to keep dealers focused and growing;· Expands the selection of dealer offerings in addition to dealer product knowledge; · Provides exceptional customer service through immediate response to dealer and end customer requests
