Job DescriptionMultiTech industries is a tier 2 metal components manufacturer and logistics solutions provider. MultiTech produces fasteners, springs, wire forms, machined components, stampings, and mechanical assemblies for applications on most major automotive OEM platforms.Position overview: Manages and leads Quality Department functions, including quality related issues with customers, suppliers, internal Quality performance, and support of company goals and objectives. Leads, manages, and maintains the quality system and promotes awareness for Quality in all aspects of the business and in teammates.Essential Job Functions: Assumes complete ownership of the corporate Quality function, including systems, product quality, employee/technology resources, and measureable performance results. Engages with corporate plant managers, teammates, customers, and suppliers as necessary to ensure Quality of product and processes. Manages and leads the Corrective Action process.
