Payroll Accountant - (Scobey, MT)

Position title: Payroll Accountant FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Finance and Accounting Reports To: Accounting Supervisor Reports To: CFO Job Summary: The Payroll Accountant assists with a variety of accounting projects under the direct supervision of the CFO. Essential Position duties and Responsibilities ¨ Process Payroll for three companies. ¨ Work with Human Resources to ensure that all payroll and deductions are updated in the Payroll systems. ¨ Prepare and file monthly, quarterly & annual payroll reports with Federal and State agencies as well as the Unions as required. ¨ Process invoices for Benefits and Union dues. ¨ Perform labor analysis as directed by the CFO.
