Job DescriptionA Financial Aid Counselor provides counseling services for potential and current students via email and phone. Assists with resolving any issues that are preventing students from receiving aid. Creates estimates to help potential students determine if OCU is the best place for them. Reviews student accounts, resolves any issues with their billing statement, or delays in disbursements. Answers Advisors, recruiters, and OCU staff questions that they may encounter while counseling students through the process.
