RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have 5+ years background in HVAC design Must be familiar with new build commercial construction; high-rise, hotel, mixed use Must be able to efficiently design HVAC systems utilizing accepted engineering principles and practices Advanced building and mechanical code knowledge Advanced Revit knowledge for the creation of all aspects of construction documents including families, schedules, and isometrics Three (3) years min Revit drawing production background Must be able to work efficiently in a team environment and develop best for project solutions by working with all project stakeholders
