Senior Telecom Engineer. We are looking to fill a contract role in Columbus, Ohio (potential contract-to-hire) for a Senior Telecom Engineer who will be responsible for all troubleshooting and maintenance of existing PBX, ACD, Voicemail, VRU, CDR, Call Reporting, and Call Recording systems as well as recommending and designing new telephony solutions utilizing these Avaya Avaya compatible and Cisco IP Telephony hardware and software. Responsibilities The position is also occasionally called upon to provide direction to the other telecommunications analysts on the team.
