Senior Telecom Engineer w/SalesForce Integration - (Mt Laurel, NJ)

Position summary Telecom Engineer must be familiar and have background with Salesforce integration in an enterprise telecom environment. Background with Genesis/I3 or any other major telephony platform (Cisco, Avaya), etc. :Salesforce :deploying the Marketing and Sales Cloud packages and all inbound and outbound marketing and sales will be tied to the platform. :Create inbound :Coordinate multiple stacks of technology :Salesforce : significant telephony background Provides advanced Telephony / Salesforce CRM engineering Support, implementation/systems maintenance forcore telephony platforms. :This senior position will work with various internal and external organizations including but not limited to; networking, infrastructure teams and network carriers in support of enterprise Genesys/ I3 telephony platforms and voice networks. :Senior engineering position will also act as a consultative and mentoring resource to junior level Telephony teammates.
