Legal Counsel II - US Commmercial Contracting - (Fridley, MN)

Careers that Change Lives Provide legal advice and transactional support within the newly formed US Commercial Contracting Organization (within the Americas) to a wide range of US business clients, and to coordinate the delivery of these transactional services with cross-functional and subject matter experts within Medtronic. This position reports to the Senior Legal Director, US Commercial Contracting Organization. A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. * Demonstrated expertise and background to draft, review, revise and negotiate commercial contracts including without limitation procurement of a broad variety of goods and services, clinical and non-clinical research, confidential disclosure, Business Associate engagements, leases, licenses, real estate, construction, facilities, 3rd-party logistics and transportation services, energy, product and software engineering, material transfer and related matters.
