POSITION SUMMARY: General purpose of the job is to package products and consolidate orders, ensuring the highest quality standards while meeting customer specifications and delivery qualifications, in accordance with the organization's Code of Conduct and Operating and Guiding Principles, and maintaining a positive workplace environment by his/her behavior and communications to others. SKILLS: Expertise to read and comprehend basic instructions, memos, and shipping reports. Must be detail orientated. Expertise to effectively communicate one-on-one with other employees. Expertise to operate a fork truck, pallet truck etc. Expertise or willingness to work with computers for daily data entry. Requires flexibility to cross-train with other departments including receiving, shipping, and packing orders.
