Service Manager - Property Maintenance - (Ypsilanti, MI)

Peak Living is currently seeking qualified Service Managers to join our team! Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Service Manager maintains the property in a high quality condition, provides excellent customer service, maintain required records/logs, supervises preparation of move-ins and operates within approved budget. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Knowledge / Skills / Expertise Hands-on working expertise of typical apartment maintenance tasks is required. Must possess leadership skills and expertise to deal effectively with customers. Must have basic knowledge of HVAC and become CFC/EPA certified within 90 days of employment. Attend any required Peak Living maintenance trainings. Preferred Education and Background One Year as a Maintenance Supervisor with professional management firm or 6 months assistant with Peak Living LLC. Final decision as to suitability is made by Regional Manager.
