Responsible for origination of longterm mortgage loans from leads conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Credit Union and secondary investor guidelines. Meets Mortgage Loan scheduling and documentation qualifications, and production expectations as determined by the Mortgage Sales Manager.. Serves members best interests, prospective members, builders, and Realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Credit Union details and cross-sells services. Assists Mortgage Loan personnel as necessary. Responsible to generate leads from sources outside the credit union i.e. through personal contacts with realtors, builder, financial planner, data base relationships and others, in addition to the leads that may be provided through the credit union.
