Our innovative and dynamic business team runs strategy, program design, performance marketing, analytics, and operations across our web sites, call centers, and 600+ stores. About the role: The Manager, Loyalty Benefits and Experiences will play a critical role in shaping the future of the program. This person will develop the new benefits and experiences that build lifelong connections between customers and the Williams:Sonoma Inc. family of brands. This is an exciting and evolving position with visibility throughout many functional areas of the organization.
