Registered Nurse - (Jersey City, NJ)

--- Applicants with multiple RN licenses preferred --- The Registered Nurse is responsible for the administration of care with our Medical Operations team. This includes responding to patient questions, assisting with scheduling, and using your clinical judgment and problem-solving skills to promote patient health and wellness. Responsibilities: Work with pharmacists, physicians, and our Care team to ensure patient requests are handled within the expected timeframe and quality level Communicate with patients via the phone, video or in secure chats to provide education on treatment plans and answer basic medical questions within your scope of practice Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and blood test ordering process while acting as a resource for physicians within your scope of practice Work with the Medical Operations team to identify opportunities to reduce member and physician pain points Collaborate with a team of nurses to provide high quality, around the clock patient care
