Medical Social Worker, Home Health Location: 3721 Rutledge Rd. NE Albuquerque, NM 87109 Employment Type: Full-time Position description -Accommodates clients' needs through responding appropriately to clients' verbal / nonverbal expressions of needs. -Reports all incidents of client abuse immediately. -Complies with HIPAA privacy rules. -Completes all documents related to social work. -Receives and shares details; observes and reports clients' conditions to appropriate staff. ducates families and clients regarding placement, care, and rights. Requirements -Master's degree in Social Work from an licensed institution of social work (MSW) or a human services field including, but not limited to, sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology is preferred as defined in the Personnel Requirements in the Federal Register 484.4. -At least 1 yr of social work background in a healthcare setting.
