Counselor - Turning Point - (Sanford, FL)

Job Purpose: As the Turning Point Counselor at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is to participates in the overall adult rehabilitation program at Turning Point and in developing programs that meet each client's needs. The job functions include - but not limited too - participates in the development of treatment plans, goals and objectives, provide direct support, individually and in groups to include activities of daily living skills acquisition, support groups and leisure/recreational activities; maintain the integrity of the clinical record through timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork which includes treatment plans, assessments, psychosocial, SALs, progress notes, tracking forms and referrals; develop appropriate rehabilitation curricula for groups and activities scheduled within the program; participates in Clinical Treatment Team.
