Director of franchise support - (Canton, OH)

Sarah Adult Day Services is seeking a Director for Franchise Support to help maintain and grow our existing franchisees, as well as guide new owners in the process of establishing their center. Assignments include: Triage all incoming franchise support calls and direct to the appropriate team player. Coordinate communication among franchise support teammates. Provide complete support to all franchisees in conjunction with other teammates. Contact each franchise owner monthly and present current status at monthly meetings. Track sales and census for each franchise owner to ensure goal is met. Provide support and research to franchise sales leader. Assist in setting up monthly training calls as needed. Complete site visits as requested. Monitor state regulations and educate franchise owners of new changes and/or updates. Assist new franchise owners with all tasks associated with opening and developing their center. Coordinate training for new franchisees.
