Director, Franchise Sales and Development : Full Service - (Springdale, OH)

Wyndham Hotels and Resortsis now seeking a Director, Franchise Sales and Development : Full Service to join our team in a field based role in the Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky and West Virginia territory. Position details 13; This position oversees conversion franchise sales activity for the Full Service conversion and new construction brands. This position must prospect and execute new franchise agreements. Other assignments include, but are not limited to, collaboration with corporate, relationship management, forecasting executions/openings, and communication with potential and existing customers. The Director, Franchise Sales has their own quotas. The activities of the sales team drives room and revenue grow. Responsibility 1. Prospecting for new franchise agreements 2.
