Job summary To achieve Carlson Hotel's revenue and growth objectives by soliciting and negotiating the signing of License Agreements & management contracts which meet or exceed quality standards and are REVPAR Accretive across all Carlson Rezidor brands. Responsibilities Achieves the goal set for number of deals signed and properties added across all brands by developing and implementing cost effective strategies to promote and sell License Agreements & management contracts Generates leads through contacts with developers, other management companies, lending institutions, independent hotel operators, brokers, consultants, & private equity investors Determines interest in Carlson Hotels by contacting leads, sending development packets Presents Carlson's capabilities to prospective owners, developers, and investors by making on-site visits to the client and by hosting visits to WHQ in Minneapolis Signs new properties by negotiating contracts with owners
