The position mandates a strong understanding of civil site design with previous background working with water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure design projects in Pennsylvania. This role requires regular interaction with design staff and clients. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills are required. Working expertise of Civil 3D software is preferred.
