HVAC Service Technician - (Fort Worth, TX)

Job details Requisition Number: 34289 Department: Property Management Full time/Part time: Full time Regular/Temporary: Regular The City of Fort Worth Property Management Department, Facilities Division, provides City Departments with world class facility planning, design, construction, renovation and maintenance service. The Division is seeking two (2) qualified HVAC Service Technicians with two years' background. The selected applicant must be able to independently troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain HVAC systems and equipment in City buildings. A valid State of Texas ACR certification is a plus, Texas CFC certificate required. The Facilities Division maintains over 300 facilities throughout the City of Fort Worth. This job requires driving to facilities throughout the City to perform preventive maintenance and install and repair HVAC equipment. This position offers a 4-day work week. Shift hours are 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday or 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
