Human Resource Generalist Full-time, Exempt Position description The Human Resource Generalist works in partnership with the Executive Director of Human Resources and other HR/Payroll teammates to serve as a principal employee consultant for clients at the college, carrying out a wide spectrum of employment life-cycle functions including classification, compensation, benefits, recruitment, family medical leave and reasonable accommodation by actively engaging and working collaboratively with academic and administrative employees. Under minimal direction, this position independently performs professional level Human Resource assignments which require the application of independent judgment in the analysis of routine and complex human resource work within established standards.
