JOB OVERVIEW St. Louis, MO- Hogan is Seeking an experienced Owner Operator Recruiter. As an Owner Operator Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of showcasing our programs and benefits to Owner Operators. You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and recruiting new owner operators. You ll be in daily contact with new applicants to bring them on board. This position is for a dynamic individual with a thorough knowledge of Owner Operator processes. KEY FUNCTIONS Work with new applicants and operations to set expectations, understand their needs, and match the right applicants with the right opportunity. Conduct personal interviews daily with prospective applicants Proactively reach out to your leads via email, phone, or other methods, and stay on top of follow-ups Educate applicants on the benefits of driving for the Company Stay organized in managing multiple Owner Operator positions and coordinating with numerous applicants
