Loyalty Marketing Manager - (Springfield, MO)

The Loyalty Marketing Manager creates, executes and manages loyalty marketing campaigns focused on increasing member engagement, increasing advocacy for the O'Reilly brand and capturing incremental store visits. This individual will drive sales by strengthening relationships with our O'Rewards loyalty program customers. The Loyalty Marketing Manager manages a team of creative and analytical thinkers as well as partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver customer loyalty engagement programs, campaigns and communication as it relates to O'Reilly customer's behaviors. Essential Job Functions Creates, executes and manages loyalty marketing campaigns focused on increasing member engagement, increasing advocacy for the O'Reilly brand and capturing incremental store visits Develops targeted campaigns and communications strategies using demographic and psychographic data that will directionally and quantifiably drive traffic and profitable sales Oversees team that works on all facets of our loyalty
