Active participation is required in in-services and educational programs. The Respiratory Therapist provides quality client care considering age-specific, developmental, and cultural needs through competent practice. •Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) •Min Associates Degree •2+ years background in a critical care, ICU setting preferred. •Background with tracheotomy care, ventilator dependent care, active weaning programs, and client teaching programs. •Superior written and spoken communication abilities.
