Job details Wells Fargo Securities Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets & Finance Associate The CRE Capital Markets and Finance group within the Structured Real Estate group of Wells Fargo Securities is the product group responsible for the origination, structuring and securitization of the banks and 3rd party clients commercial real estate loans. The group services a wide spectrum of clients including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, opportunity funds and commercial real estate finance companies. The position is in the CMBS Securitization team within Wells Fargo Securities. The associate will be expected to assist in the structuring and execution of CMBS fixed and floating rate transactions, single borrower transactions as well as more esoteric commercial real estate debt securitizations including non-performing loan and CRE CDO/CLO transactions.
