Create and develop unique game background and entertainment that promotes an atmosphere of fun, energy, and excitement while presenting the teams in a professional manner and maximizes the fan background. Design and implement innovative strategies and fan background programming to enhance the game-day background. Create and implement an annual Match Promotions & Game Presentation plan/calendar. Assist in creating the overall look for the NWSL team including all in-game graphics, player intros, and intro video. Keep up to date on trends in fan engagement, game presentation, and promotions.
