Job summary REAL ESTATE ANALYST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Analyst is an entry-level position that provides support to senior management in forecasting, modeling, reporting and research analysis. This position reports to the Vice President. Duties include but are not limited to the following: · Perform substantive research/analytical investigation and financial analyses including cash flow models and other due diligence as a function of underwriting acquisitions, dispositions, vertical development, lease transactions, financing alternatives and other business transactions · Prepare various monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses/reports · Preparation of various financial details for budgeting/forecasts · Gather details for sales and lease comps database and interface with leasing teams to maintain database · Other duties as assigned as neededThis position will require extensive understanding of and regular use of the Argus Enterprise software platform. Training will be provided.
