What does a Project Team Supervisor do? The role of the Project Team Supervisor is to lead the overall Project Team merchandising process within their assigned stores. The Project Team Supervisor provides work direction for merchandising implementation projects focused on planogram execution, vendor supported activities, category continuity programs and large scale transformations, including remodels, refreshes, relocations and decommissions. The PTS is directly responsible for managing the scope of work and the individuals on the Project Team. This role connects with many levels of internal and external customers, requiring superior skills in team-building, partnership and communication. Job duties include: * On-site and remote project supervision, coordination and reporting. * Complete all planned project initiatives to acceptable standards within given timelines, including follow-up of known issues.
