Job DescriptionSeeking Independent Contractor for Insurance Loss Draft Inspections.Insurance Loss Draft Inspections are required when a Homeowner incurs some form of damage, typically weather or fire related. A series of inspections is required to determine the percentage of completion of repairs. A scope of the materials and damage incurred is provided with each order. Insurance Loss Draft Inspections require contacting the Homeowner by phone within 24 Hours of receipt of the order. Contractor will schedule a time to meet with the Homeowner, on arrival you will take photos utilizing an app to document the percentage of completion. The Homeowner will sign a form that certifies your presence, you will upload the document via a scanner app.
