This is a Direct Hire opportunity with initial screening by Doherty. Our client offers a salary of $ 40,000-$50,000 based on background and skillset, complimented by an exceptional benefits package. SUMMARYThe Appraisal Reviewer will perform appraisal reviews for all types of real estate, with an emphasis on commercial appraisals, to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal appraisal and evaluation policy and procedures. The Appraisal Reviewer will also complete internal real estate evaluations to support both commercial and retail transactions, as well as the engagement process for commercial and retail appraisals.
