Property and Casualty Insurance - Chief Financial Officer - (New York, NY)

CFO will oversee financial reporting, accounting, budgeting & forecasting, asset-liability management, capital allocation, pricing, cash flow management, investment portfolio management, and human resources functions. *** Lead business and financial planning and develop financial models, business forecasts, and multimillion dollar & multiyear plans & budgets. *** Implement efficient pricing and cost controls to optimize return on assets. *** Execute internal controls over financial reporting and ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act and Committee of Sponsoring Organizations guidelines. *** Identify and manage key risk areas. *** Human Resource management activities: recruit applicants, coach, evaluate performance, and assign workload. *** Provide financial analysis reports to senior management and Board of Directors.
