Support development of next generation Antibody Drug Conjugates using both general and proprietary bioconjugation methodology. Activities: *** Synthesize, purify, and characterize new antibody drug conjugates and related biotherapeutic agents for production in microgram to gram scales. *** Perform antibody bioconjugation, characterization, and purification. *** Utilize synthetic, analytical and purification techniques related to proteins and biotherapeutic agents, particularly antibodies and antibody conjugates, including ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, pH meters, centrifugal ultrafiltration, sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, isoelectric focusing, and native-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. *** Apply analytical and preparative chromatography methods including hydrophobic interaction chromatography, ion exchange, and size-exclusion chromatography using multiple chromatographic systems such as Agilent, Shimadzu, and AKTA platforms.
