Seeking Chemist with experience in emulsion polymer development or acrylic, styrene, or vinyl acrylic chemistry to develop water based acrylic polymers. *** Develop new formulas from idea through Design of Experiment, synthesis, lab scale, trials, pilot plant, plant scale-up, and commercialization. *** Synthesize and test new acrylic water-based polymers. *** Provide technical support for pilot and commercial production for finished products and raw materials. *** Conduct process optimization and quality improvements for existing polymers.
