Oversee lab scale up, process and batch sheet revisions, product Quality Control test method development and implementation, pre and post plant trial meetings, raw materials evaluations, cycle time reduction, and similar product introduction into plant process activities. *** Perform quality reviews, lab scale up, and Quality Control tests for specialty chemicals. *** Interpret statistical quality data to resolve production issues and provide quality reports. *** Lead Management of Change, Pre-Startup Safety Review, Process Safety Management, and similar initiatives. *** Provide off grade product disposal guidance to production managers and engineers. *** Serve as subject matter expert for queries related to batch and continuous operations and productions systems.
