Plan and implement research and development of layered coatings systems including combinations of pretreatment, Ecoat, liquid, and powder coatings for the global wheel market. Activities: *** Utilize knowledge of customer wheel coating systems to positively develop new technology, and integrate multiple technologies to drive commercial success. *** Interact with external customers and collaborators to present research and development findings, address troubleshooting, and identify gaps for additional research and development opportunities. *** Propose new projects targeted at traditional and adjacent Industrial coatings markets to provide growth opportunities, including defining, scoping and validating project. *** Lead project teams, set milestones, and deliver results against aggressive timelines.
