Must have knowledge of the following characterization methodologies: Dynamic Mechanical Analysis, Thermomechanical Analysis, Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Thermal Gravimetric Analysis, Residual Gas Analysis, X-ray Diffraction, Small Angle X-Ray Scattering, Differential Scanning Fluorimetry, Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Raman Spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Optical Microscopy, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, and Secondary-ion Mass Spectrometry. Activities: *** Quantify and characterize intact proteins. *** Analyze protein interactions. *** Conduct protein stability studies. *** Develop, validate, and test assays. *** Author technical documents and standard operating procedures. *** Provide technical support.
