Position description CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH NON-TIER one CONGRESSES Vendor Management Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and oversee payment processes Speaker Programs Work together with BCBU Speaker Bureaus Operations Lead to manage speakers programs that are occurring at these lower-tier congresses Compliance Execute Compliance processes utilizing the C3 Compliance system for BCBU Manage contract execution, which includes working closely with Compliance and Finance; tracking of contracts, deliverables, and payments; and escalating and resolving issues Project Management Manage approved BCBU lower-tier congresses and sponsorships from conception to closure Discuss all relevant congress info with brand teams for appropriate evaluation Budget Management
