Ahern Rentals is looking for a Dispatch Clerk that is well organized, detail oriented person to coordinate the shipping and pick-up schedule for our delivery truck drivers. Work with service department to keep trucks maintained ? Communicate with stores when equipment to be delivered has problems ? Assign Field Service Technicians to field repairs ? Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer support ? Maintain accurate files and log books ? Filing, data entry, and retrieval of documents
