Senior Forensic Architect or Senior Forensic Engineer - (Tallahassee, FL)

A min of eight plus years of solid background and advanced technical knowledge in building science, familiarity with waterproofing, curtain wall and exterior facade system design, installation and materials in commercial, industrial and multi-family buildings. Curtain wall, stucco, metal panel and other building cladding background is also desirable. Individuals with advanced management experince a plus. Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering or a closely related position. Florida PE required. FL RA required. A Registered Roof Observer (RRO) or advanced Certification is preferred. This position works closely with Facility Owners, Contractors and Design Teams in the site assessment, selection and review of appropriate building materials and envelope systems. It also contributes to the development of rehab documents and new project construction documents, information and technical specifications and will conduct field investigations and condition assessments to produce technical reports for clients.
