Design Drafter - (New Freedom, PA)

Design Drafter Job summary:Description: The design/drafter is responsible for the revision of drawings, maintenance of Creo models, and working within a team environment. Direct responsibility includes centrifugal compressor development and sustaining efforts. This position has significant growth potential and the perfect candidate will approach the role accordingly. Principle Duties\: Create/revise drawings and CAD models using Creo 3.0 software. Take directives from design manager, design project leads, and engineers. Open to new ideas and adaptive. Effective documentation, communication, and coordination within the team. Maintain effective communications and working relationships with engineers, manufacturing, other compressor designers, as well other local & global engineering groups. Participates in continuous improvement activities. Qualification: Qualifications\: The perfect candidate will have an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
